Great Water System!
Enjoying our new water ionizer! Great tasting water and seeing benefits already with acid reflux
Excellent
Loving it so far. Easy install, and simple to run. We’re on catchment water on Big Island of Hawaii, and it tends to be a bit acidic out of the faucet. The water coming out of the Delphi definitely tests alkaline, up to 9. 3 on setting 5.
Delphi water Ionizer
Good purified water
5 star
My water machine changed my life. I have more energy, my skin is clear, and I feel overall more healthy. I highly recommend the DelphiH2
Great looking
I purchased and installed. The filter system is small enough to fit under the sink and the faucet looks nice too. I am looking forward to drink lots of water.
Everything has an issue eventually…
Everything has an issue eventually…it’s how the company handles it that makes all the difference. I purchased my Delphi about three years ago. Before then I had another alkaviva model that was gifted to me. Recently I had an issue with my device but thankfully I was able to send it in very easily, by having an actual person to speak with at alkaviva and it was covered under the warranty. I just had to pay for shipping . Considering our family of three goes through nearly 1000 gallons a year and a conservative estimate that alkaline water is $3 a gallon that’s $3,000 a year. Having my device without having to pay per purchase for water and lugging water back and forth is wonderful. If you are worried about installation: If you have little to no skill and already have the existing plumbing in place, which most of us do, my house was built in 1983, then you can follow the instructions with the online video very easily. I would say I’m nowhere near anything that would be considered a plumber but I was able to install it. I did already have the electrical outlet, the additional opening in the top sink and my mainline for water needed a fitting from Home Depot cause my plumbing is older. However even with the trip to the store it was done in about an hour. Uninstalling the old one and installing the new one .
Great Tasting Water
Our Delphi H2 was super easy to install and the taste of the water is exceptional. I'm very pleased with our purchase and quality of the unit. And the flouride filter is icing on the cake.
Fantastic water system
Excellent customer service and helpful chats on the website. Super easy to install and so easy to use. I feel so good about the water our family is drinking.
Easy set-up
The system was easy to connect and set up. It works well. Could not be happier.
Operation and installation Delohi H2
Was easy to install and works great. I followed the AlkaViva videos online.
Onward to healthy living!
We love the product and the path you health. Very clean and compact look on the counter. The only reason it is not five-star is because I received chrome instead of brushed nickel to match my appliances.
Great machine!!!
We got the Delphi H2, great machine, easy to install, I highly recommend them.and Susie Cannon “ Customer Care & Sales Representative Specialist” is Awesome!!!
Love the Delphi-h2
Wonderful sales experience speaking to a human who helped answer all my questions. Thanks so much Harold!

Susie was great she answered any questions I had and responded . Love my machine under the counter !
Great product and it makes
Great product and it makes the usability very convenient.
I think it’s great. My
I think it’s great. My only confusion is water comes out from both port even when on purified?
My ionizer
So far so good everything I expected has happened no surprises the water taste good and the overall purchase experience was pleasant
Delphi H2
Wife and I have been more than impressed by this machine. Already feel better overall since making the switch. Brings comfort knowing that so many potentially harmful contaminants are being filtered daily. Also, the team at Alkaviva has been great!
It's great, but wastes water
I do love it and I feel so much better, my skin feels amazing too. It just wastes a lot of water out the extra spout. Here in california we are super conscious of every drop, as I have grown up, consciously minding the faucet.
Delphi won't turn on!
Well it wasn't Delphi's fault it was dead as a door nail. Human error caused this problem. After figuring out that the receptacle (plug) under the kitchen sink was controlled my the switch at the counter that turns in the garbage disposal, things went smooth from there. (Yes we did have someone out to change the receptacle (plug) so one side was always hot and other side was controlled by the switch, but that is no fault of Delphi). Honestly, the installation was a breeze, didn't leak either. Always a plus when dealing with high pressure water lines. Water taste great. And, peace-of-mind to know we have a clean water source. I fussed for over a year checking out a slew of filters and confused myself plenty. Finally, a doctor I follow, pointed out things to look for and this model checked all the boxes and that is why Delphi was chosen. The only critique is they should send installation videos specific to the model purchased to help the installer from guessing when the unit looks different than shown including how-to install the filter and fuse. All good!
Smooth Installation and Delightful Water Flavor
We've been using these products for three weeks, and the installation was a breeze. The water tastes fantastic, especially since we've been enjoying alkaline water for the past 6 months from a different supplier. We made the switch to Alka Viva and set the level to AL3, and we're loving the flavor.
good!
good!
Love it
Great customer service! Shout out for Bre and Harold.
Delphi h2
I have the Delphi h2 with 5 settings, The result you get really depend on the set screw. If you have the screw too open the water forces through the titanium plates way to fast. I had poor results when the water screw was set on full blast open. I adjusted the screw to restrict the water flow (literally 1/4 turn open from closed position because I have a lot of water pressure in my house) and it was unbelievable the difference it made! On setting 5 I am at 1,500 PPM of hydrogen and I did test it with a lighter and it’s literally sounds like a crackling fire! I also tested it with hydrogen drops to double verify each level- product is called (h2Accu hydrogen test reagent drops)I would post the video here bud it won’t let me in the comments.. yes the water comes out of the machine at a lot slower rate but I am actually overly impressed with the unit, for half of the cost of the competition ( NOTE: it’s a fantastic unit if set up correctly, and you are not in a huge hurry to full you glass up every time. Which I’m not ha!)
Excellent Machine
Nice to have the control of the under sink machine at your fingertips at counter level. No more bending over to adjust flow rates or settings.
Delicious water!
I have been drinking Alka Viva water for eight years now and I’m hooked! It has a delicious taste and it’s applications for cooking, making coffee and tea are huge! While I have not tried very water filter on the market, I am 100% sold on my Delphi H2.
Beautiful!
Love my new system! Was exactly what I was I was looking for! :)
Love it
It is great to know I am drinking health live water that is great for my body/mind.
Awesome!!
I previously had the countertop version for ten years and it was still working great! When I moved I decided to get the under sink version. I couldn't be more pleased. It looks great but more importantly the water is great and good for me! After a cancer diagnosis I began a journey learning about the importance of our bodies being properly PH balanced and this helps me to do that! Love it!
Beautiful design and elegant
Beautiful design and elegant
mostly pleased...
what i would have changed if i was designing the unit would be to halt the dispensing of the acid water when the alkaline wat4r is being dispensed...such a waste of water
Love it!
Love my Water Ionizer! The water is great! It also is a beautiful design and looks great in my kitchen
Fabulous all around
Very easy to operate, customer service is unmatched!
We got a great unit and installed it easy with the right guidance.
We have had different water filters and ionizers for over 30 years. Our last ionizer lasted way longer than we were told it would, or expected it to, which was nice. As luck would have it though we recently found that we needed a new ionizer. In the time since we bought out last unit there has been a lot of change and improvement to the options available. After looking at the website we called AlkaViva and spoke with David. He made it easy by walking us through the different options. We chose a unit and David helped me understand the easiest way to install it and get it up and running. Thank you David and AlkaViva.
Delphi H2
The Delphi 2 was super easy to install. The customer service always answered questions thoroughly and they we easy to get in contact with unlike many businesses nowadays. I wish the instructions had more specific info on how To conduct the ph testing post install (using the ph drops).
Delphi H2
It is good drinking water, and the ordering process was smooth. However, it was a pain to install the whole house system because I had to arrange for my own contractor/plumber to install it (and I also called a plumber to install Dephi H2 drinking water, too), which was an extra out-of-pocket expense. The Delphi H2 system looks good in the kitchen and does not take up counter space, but sometimes, the touchpad does not work, and I had to call to find out why. This happened about 3 times so far, and so I would need to call them again. If the warranty can replace it, that would be great, but then I would maybe have to call the plumber to install it again. It was simple enough to install on my own by watching the video, but the problem was my sink and the wrong size hole, so I had to call the plumber in the end. The water tastes good, and I got the 2-year deal with a half price filter. Overall, I would recommend it.
Delphi H2
These people are terrific! They went above and beyond in service for me. They did everything they could do to make sure I was satisfied with the product and service. I bought the Alkaviva Delphi H2.
Delphi H2
Questions about the product is always addressed and answered in a very professional way. being in the water business for 30 years I know the business and they DO know what there talking about. I installed water-softeners and reverse osmosis system and can tell you that the Delphi H2 tastes much better than Ro water.

Hi. I'm so grateful for my El Cavijo water ionizer because it's truly changed our household. I provide water to a household of nine people and everyone is benefiting from a cleaner, healthier hydration. We're drinking more water every day and feeling more energized and refreshed. It has also saved us money because we buy far fewer bottled drinks and bottled water now. I love knowing that none of the water goes to waste in our home. We use the water for Dr. Cooking and even watering our plants with the gray water and they have been amazing and they're thriving. Having a system has made healthy hydration simple and convenient for all of us. It feels good knowing that we're helping both our health and the environment at the same time. I honestly recommend Alkaviva to anyone looking to improve their hydration and daily wellness experience.

Okay. This is my Alkaviva machine. I use it a lot for my cleaning product that I make. So I use acidic, and I fill up my bottle. And then I use some essential oils, and that's how I clean airbnbs. Been doing this now for years. Nobody's ever had gotten sick in my units. No one's ever complained of anything not being disinfected, nothing. It is the best machine for acidic water for any of your cleaning needs. Definitely changed my life with my cleaning company.

Hey, this is Rebecca from Tekube National Food Market in southern Oregon. And we love our Alkavivo water filter. We use it to make coffee for the community. People buy gallons and quarts and we drink it every day. Makes us feel great. Thank you, Alkaviva.

Questions about the Undersink Delphi Water Ionizer
Practical guidance for choosing and installing your Undersink Delphi Water Ionizer.
How is an undersink water ionizer installed?
The main ionizer and filtration components are installed inside the sink cabinet and connected to a dedicated ionizer faucet at the sink. Installation requires suitable cabinet space, a water connection, power, and an opening for the faucet; professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable with plumbing.
What remains visible after an undersink ionizer is installed?
Only the dedicated faucet and its controls remain visible above the counter. The main ionizer body and filtration components stay inside the cabinet, making this the best fit for a clean, uncluttered countertop.
Which plate count should I choose for the Undersink Delphi Water Ionizer?
Choose 13 plates for the highest hydrogen performance in the range, or 9 plates for strong everyday performance in an integrated design. Compare H₂ output, plate count, live price, and available finishes before choosing.
Can an undersink ionizer use an existing soap-dispenser hole?
Often, an unused soap-dispenser or accessory opening can accommodate the dedicated ionizer faucet if its diameter and location meet the faucet requirements. Measure the opening and surrounding clearance before installation; otherwise, a new sink or countertop opening may be needed.
How much cabinet space does an undersink ionizer require?
The cabinet must accommodate the ionizer, filtration components, tubing, and service access without pinching hoses or blocking the drain plumbing. Check the selected model’s dimensions and reserve enough clearance to replace filters and perform maintenance.
Will an undersink ionizer reduce water pressure at the faucet?
Flow can vary with incoming water pressure, filter condition, tubing layout, and the selected ionization level. Correct sizing and installation help maintain normal operation; unusually low source pressure or clogged filters should be addressed before judging ionizer performance.
How are filters and cleaning handled after undersink installation?
Filters and cleaning points must remain reachable inside the cabinet. Replace filters according to the model indicator and owner’s manual, and follow the recommended cleaning schedule—especially in hard-water areas—to manage scale and maintain consistent flow.
