AlkaViva Alerts & Offers — Text Messaging Program

1. Program Description

AlkaViva Alerts & Offers is a text messaging program operated by AlkaViva LLC ("AlkaViva," "we," "us"). By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AlkaViva at the mobile number you provided, including order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service replies, filter replacement reminders, promotional offers, and sale event notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders and interactions with us.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. AlkaViva does not charge for the program itself, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to each message sent and received.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility & Changes

You must be 18 years or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number used to opt in. We may modify or cancel this program or these terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. For U.S. mobile numbers only.
