Filters for an older Delphi ionizer: what comes next?

Your Delphi may have been part of your daily routine for years. If you arrived looking for a replacement filter, start here to identify the older product family and consider a next step. Check the older-model filter directory for Delphi listings and current availability. An H2 upgrade is also an option if you are considering a new machine.

No need to guess based on a filter name alone.

First, identify what you used

Old filter names can help you find your bearings.

They are useful clues to your previous setup—not a promise that a current H2 cartridge fits your older ionizer.

UltraWater Replacement Filter for Athena, Delphi, Melody and old Jupiter models

This UltraWater cartridge appeared in several older ionizer listings, including Delphi, Athena, Melody, and old Jupiter models. Use your machine label—not just the cartridge name—to identify the relevant old-model guide. It was a legacy replacement filter; an H2 upgrade is a new ionizer with its own filter system.

02

BioStone Plus Replacement Filter

BioStone Plus was listed for most older Jupiter/Emco machines and for the right-side second filter position on the old Athena. Vesta GL had a separately named BioStone Plus product, so this shared listing should not be treated as a universal Vesta filter. Identify your old machine before comparing an H2 upgrade.

.01M UF Replacement Filter for Athena, Delphi, Melody and old Jupiter Models

The .01M UF name appeared across multiple older-machine listings. It identifies a former ultrafiltration cartridge, not a current H2 part. Check your ionizer model and use the Delphi, Athena, Melody, or Jupiter/Emco guide to find an appropriate next step.

Remineralizer Max Replacement for Athena, Delphi, Melody and old Jupiter models

Customers who used Remineralizer Max may have chosen it for low-mineral water or as part of an older reverse-osmosis setup. Discuss your water source and existing installation with a specialist before selecting a new H2 machine.

Important compatibility note

An H2 upgrade is a new ionizer—not a filter swap.

H2 Series replacement filters are designed for H2 Series machines. Do not order one for an older ionizer without checking compatibility with AlkaViva.

Ask a specialist

The older Delphi filter category included UltraWater, BioStone Plus, .01M UF, and Remineralizer Max choices. These products belonged to older machines and are not the same as replacement filters made for the H2 Series. If you do not know the exact model or filter position, check the label on your existing unit.

An H2 upgrade replaces the ionizer rather than swapping an H2 cartridge into your old Delphi. If your current machine is an undersink installation, review the Delphi H2 as one new-machine option and confirm installation needs and suitability with AlkaViva. If a countertop arrangement would suit you better, compare Athena 9 H2 and Athena 7 H2 as separate machines.

Can I use Delphi H2 filters in my older Delphi?

Do not assume so. The similar model name does not make generations interchangeable. Confirm your machine and the correct filter with AlkaViva instead of ordering by name alone.

What if I cannot identify my Delphi model?

Have a photo of the front and model label ready when you call. A specialist can help identify the older machine and discuss an H2 setup for your home.
